All aspects of the program — including but not limited to eligibility, rewards, levels, prompts, and access — are offered at the sole discretion of the administrators and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
Participation does not create any right, claim, or entitlement to receive tokens, rewards, recognition, or continued access. No participant is owed anything under this program.
The administrators reserve the unrestricted right to approve, deny, restrict, or remove any individual from First Light or the submission process for any reason, or for no reason at all. All decisions are final.
Nothing on this website or within the Proof of Positivity program constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. $HANA is an experimental digital token. You may lose some or all of any value associated with it. Participate only at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, defamatory, or in violation of the rules of X (Twitter) or any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators, administrators, and affiliates of Proof of Positivity and $HANA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation or inability to participate in the program.
