All rewards are provided solely at the discretion of the administrators. No participant is entitled to, or guaranteed, tokens, rewards, recognition, continued access, or any future benefit. Past rewards do not guarantee future rewards.
Participation does not create an employment, contractor, partnership, agency, fiduciary, or other contractual relationship. Submitting content or participating in challenges does not entitle anyone to compensation.
Nothing on this site should be understood as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. There is no promise or expectation of profit. Any rewards are cultural and experimental in nature, not an investment return.
You are solely responsible for content you submit and for any taxes that may apply to rewards you receive. We do not provide tax advice. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise violates applicable law; we may remove content at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators, administrators, and affiliates of Proof of Positivity and $HANA are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from participation, rewards, content submissions, or inability to participate.
We may update, modify, suspend, or end the program or these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or participation after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
